Unexpected behavior ROMS

Hi all,

I was performing a long integration (1985 to 2015), when in December 2006 the model presented unexpected behavior, the model continues to run, it passes to 2007-01-01, but the .nc (avg) output file is very low values of salinity and temperature. Attached is the .out file for month 12 of 2006 and one archive .out for 2006-11-01 (normal behavior.

This warning appears only 2006 12 .out archive:

NLM: GET_STATE - Warning - NetCDF global attribute: NLM_LBC
for lateral boundary conditions not checked
in restart file: input.nc

My ini configurations:

My study domain is Equatorial Atlantic Ocean (12N 12S 60W 19.4W)

Do you have a restart record from before things went bad? It might be worth rerunning to see if it happens again. That warning you quote is nothing to worry about.

Hi kate, again, thank you very much for your attention,

Kate, I have a restart record (2006 11) I used it to restart my experiment, when I plotted my kinetic energy and saw that in month 12 of 2006 it showed a drop reaching 0. I have another experiment that uses only the different TCLINE, and it run normally from 2006 to 2015.
