modified rslice to plot 2D velocity (ubar,vbar)

Hi!!

I wanted to plot velocity overlay with rslice of my 2D case, but I couldn´t manage to do it with the original rslice, so I have modified the code in a way that, if your file has ubar,vbar, rslice read it and allow you to make velocity overlay.

The lines modified, are :

Line 527
Line 2023
