Sandy COAWST - Bathymetry

Dear ROMS friends,

I want to ask about creating bathymetry USeast_bathy.mat file that used in Project/Sandy. Does anyone know how to do that? I tried to make the same on using x_etopo.m (in extract_bath.m), I found it different with the original file that is already available in the Sandy case directory.

If you can tell me, I will be very helpful.

the bathy in that test case is very crude. it is only intended as a guide.
Strongly suggest you use a different source for the bathy.
