blow up for the npz model

THe result of the physical part seems to be right. however, the biological model often blows up from one point to the whole lake! I am sure it's about the advection term or vertical mixing in the model,since i disable it, everything goes well. just wonder what will be reason, the mesh quality,time step or other things?
