where to download adcirc or osu tidal data (*.mat)?

Hi ROMS community,

I have the matlab script to create tidal forcing for ROMS "create_roms_tides.m". The script includes the following lines:

c:\work\models\COAWST_data\tide\adcirc_ec2001v2e_fix.mat 
COAWST_data\tide\tpx_uv.mat
COAWST_data\tide\tpx_h.mat

However those data files are not distributed together with the package. I was wondering where and how I can download those above tidal data *.mat files? Can someone provide a link?
