comparion

#1 Unread post by pooran »

Dear friends
i need to use your experience to correct my results. I used wind stress, shflux, swflux and swrad as input force files which provided from ECMWF-Interim. After running model for about 20 days, model 's currents speed and measurement did not have same trends  that is while meansurment and ecmwf wind data are not so different :?: . measurement point is in deep water (about 700 m) and compare current is surface current.
I don't know what could be its difference source. i become really really appreciate if you help me to fix my problem with your excellent experience.

My heard file contains:

Are those diurnal oscillations tidal or inertial in the observations? I see you don't have tides turned on.
