Hello everyone,
I've been trying to runs an experiment at the Brazilian Coast using a HYCOM simulation for both boundary and initial conditions. My forcing file was built using NCEP data.
The problem in my simulation is that it runs over 2000 time-steps and then blows-up. I've checked the history files and the results for salt, temp, u/ubar and v/vbar are very unrealistic and It's happening very soon at my second history file saved. The same results are shown at the restart file.
The grid's been used before and has worked well. So I guess the problem isn't with the bathymetry.
I'm pretty sure something's wrong with my cpp options or/and my input files but I can't figure out what it is. Please if anyone can help me find any big mistake I've made It would be very helpful.
I've attached my .log and my .h file for more information. Please let me know if any additional information is needed.
Best regards, Arthur
