why my roms src has no WAVE?

hello,everyone. I just download the src by svn command: svn checkout https://www.myroms.org/svn/src/trunk TR. I want to do ROMS couples swan. But I cannot find the SWAN file in trunk. I'm confused because the old version always has a SWAN file. So what's wrong with it?

if you want to use a coupled roms+swan, then you need to use COAWST
